What sizes are available?
We offer multiple sizes depending on the product line — from compact 35×25 cm mouse pads up to full desk pads of 90×40 cm and larger. Check each product page for the exact size options.
What materials are used?
All our pads feature a smooth micro-weave surface for precise mouse tracking, a 3mm thick natural rubber base with anti-slip texture, and stitched edges for long-term durability.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. You can wash your VoidPad at up to 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying flat — avoid tumble dryers and ironing.
How long does production take?
Each pad is printed on demand. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
After production, delivery to most EU addresses takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we focus on EU shipping. If you are outside the EU and want to place an order, contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over €50. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each product is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Can I use a custom design?
Yes! We accept custom artwork. Reach out to us at acrformvg@gmail.com with your design (minimum 150 DPI, preferably PNG or PDF) and we will handle the rest.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your delivery.
I have an issue with my order — what do I do?
